All file processing occurs client-side on the user's device without transmitting document content to our servers.

You agree to use SignPDFOnline solely for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the tool to forge signatures, commit fraud, or infringe on the intellectual property or legal rights of third parties.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or compromise the availability of the web service.
• Transmit any malicious scripts or viruses through files uploaded to your browser memory.
